Terms and Conditions:

Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Ashelei Mane, LLC.



Hair bundles can be purchased through our ecommerce site. Payment can be made with credit card, debit card, or through PayPal. Additionally, we are offering a payment plan program.


Payment Plan Program:

To enroll in our 45-day interest free payment plan program you must send us an email with the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Details of your order (include Product name, Length, texture, and quantity)
  • Email address (address where payment invoices will be mailed for initial and remaining payments)
  • Your shipping address


An initial payment of 50% of total purchase price is required upon request of enrollment into the payment program. The balance is due within 45 days of the initial payment. There will be 3 equal payments made on the 1st, 15th and 1st of the month. Depending on the date of the initial payment the subsequent payment due dates are determined.

Note: You are more than welcome to pay your balance earlier than the final payment installation date. Please email us and request an invoice for balance.


If the initial payment is made prior to the 15th of the month, the first payment plan installment will be due on the 1st of the following month.

NOTE: Initial payment – April 1st thru 14th

  • First payment installation is due May 1st
  • Second payment installation is due May 15th
  • Final payment installation is due June 1st


If the initial payment is made after the 15th of the month, the first payment plan installment will be due on the 15th of the following month.

NOTE: Initial payment – April 15 thru 30

  • First payment installation is due May 15th
  • Second payment installation is due June 1st
  • Final payment installation is due June 15th


You may cancel this payment plan any time prior to the final payment due date by notifying us in writing. If final payment is not received by final payment due date, we will automatically cancel your payment plan unless there have been prior arrangements made to extend the date. Due date extension is handled on a case-by-case basis.


In the event of cancellation, we will credit all monies paid toward a future purchase. The credit must be used in its entirety within a single purchase at any time. Please note that payment plan installation payments will be paid through invoices and not on the website.


Payment plan merchandise will not be held in stock. If items are not in stock they will be ordered upon receipt of final payment. An offline payment request (invoice) will be provided for each installation payment. The payment plan program cannot be combined with any promotions, offers or discounts.

To maintain a consistent quality level of our product(s) we will not commit to periodic sales. However, we may host special promotional events and promotional events cannot be combined with discounts or specials.

Order Processing:

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Product ships within 3-5 business days. During major promotions, processing times may vary, it may take up to 5-7 days to ship.


Payment Terms:

Terms of payment are always 100% at time of purchase (unless you are participating in our payment plan program). We accept most major credit cards. As soon as an order is placed online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be reported to the authorities and persecution will be pursued.

Shipping Policy:

We only ship product to confirmed addresses. Shipping inside the US may take 3-5 business days.  Orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take up to 7-10 business days for delivery and are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. Ashelei Mane reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to comparable method(s) at the discretion of the company’s leadership. Shipping charges maybe more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

Please note that refund/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase and meet the criteria stated below. We will refund the purchase amount of the product excluding the shipping cost.

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of purchase to initiate a refund/exchange request.
  2. We will not accept the return or exchange of any hair products that have been worn, used or damaged in any way.
    1. All hair must be in it’s natural state.
    2. Hair must NOT have been unraveled, installed, colored, cut, chemically treated, or altered in any manner.
    3. Hair must not have any hair products (e.g. hair spray, shampoo, dye, conditioner, etc.) applied or placed on it or if they are styled and cannot be heat-treated in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  3. Please note: If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.
  4. The hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied at the top, remain in its brand new condition.
  5. The hair must be in its original packaging.
  6. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
  7. Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer.
  8. Merchandise must be physically received before a return can be granted.


We have various ways to determine if the hair extensions have been worn and if this is the case, you will not receive a refund or exchange for health and legal reasons.


All costs associated with hair removal and mailing the product back are the customer’s responsibility. The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. We will not be responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.


Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.


In the very rare instance that a problem occurs with one or our hair products that cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, we will make every effort to resolve your concern. The steps to determine if there is a genuine problem – and how to resolve it are as follows:


  1. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send photos of your hair problem.


Hair Color Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for hair extensions that have been damaged with hair dye and do not accept returns for hair products that have been colored under any circumstances. Though our hair extensions are made with 100% human hair, the results of dying any human hair are always unpredictable and are out of our control. We do not advise coloring of our extensions without the assistance of a professional. Always TEST a small piece of hair before proceeding with the entire bundle. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or coloring imperfections.


Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure ha the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, and the order has shipped we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we are able to do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back us. If it does get returned back to us, we can ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you’d like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees).


Errors and Shipment Delays:

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather, other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise you to place your order as far in advance as possible to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our location prior to re-shipping of replacement product.



Limited Liability:

Ashelei Mane does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for or the provision of services and support. Ashelei Mane will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Ashelei Mane Hair Extensions is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement. Ashelei Mane, LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
