• Ashelei Mane collection you need a minimum of 2 bundles for a full sew in. For lengths 20 inches and longer, we recommend 3 or more bundles.
• NOTE: This is merely a suggestion, the number of bundles are subject to personal preference, style and many other contributing factors.

• Generally, all our hair come in a natural black or dark brown hue. However, blond bundles are available for purchase or special order.
• Additionally, it is recommended that you have a professional stylist to color your bundles to obtain the desired color.

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.

• Use good quality, non-sulfate shampoo and hair conditioner to care for your hair. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
• You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
• Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

• It could be caused by dry hair. Please ensure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week.
• Indian REMY hair – comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

• The longevity of your Ashelei Mane hair bundles is dependent upon your daily and overall care regimen.
• Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than a year.

• Different monitors have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.
• You could dye the REMY virgin hair if you desire a different color.

• Yes, you may color your hair, however, we recommend that it is done by an experienced stylist to obtain your desired color.

• Yes, you can use hair straightener or hair curlers to style your hair.
• However, we suggest that you do not do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

• Yes, because, our bundles are all human hair, you may flat iron, blow-dry and/or color the hair.
• We recommend that you be mindful of the amount of heat used on the hair on a consistent basis to prevent any damage.
• After washing, we recommend you allow your hair to air dry to prolong the longevity of your bundles.

• We strongly advise that you do not cut the weft, unless it is absolutely, necessary. However, if you do cut the weft, please inform your stylist that the weft must be sealed to prevent excessive shedding.

• Unfortunately, virgin human hair is distinct and no two persons’ hair is exactly alike.
• Our photos are meant to provide you with a reference/idea of texture and color. Due to the nature of our bundles, we cannot guarantee each bundle will be the exact same color, wave or curl pattern/texture.
• Due to the uniqueness of individuals, you should feel assured that you have purchased 100% human hair.

• To protect our brand, we do not disclose the origin of the Ashelei Mane hair collection.
• We can say at the Ashelei Mane collection is full cuticle human hair that is LONG LASTING. Do not get caught up on the trend of sub-quality. Strive for longevity and quality.

• To maintain a consistent quality level of our product(s) we will not commit to periodic sales. We may host special promotional events however; promotional events cannot be combined with discounts or specials.

• Yes, you can pay on line by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
• Ashelei Mane offers a 45-day payment plan. 50% of the purchase is required to be enrolled in the payment plan. 45-days after the initial payment the remaining balance is due.
• If you wish to enroll in the payment plan, you must send an email and an invoice will be emailed to you. Payments are due on the 1^st and the 15^th of the month and there are 3 payment cycles in the 45-day payment plan.

• Our Virgin REMY hair is measured when pulled straight.
• The approximate shrinkage while in a curly state is 3 ½ inches.
